EXECUTIVE CHEF DANIEL BLAKEMAN
With 25 years of professional cookery experience, Chef Daniel Blakeman discovered his passion for food at Neil Perry’s restaurant, Rockpool Sydney, where he was offered an exclusive apprenticeship. Since then his foodie playground has been in world class resorts in the Bahamas and America. From 2009 together with Co-Owner Jennifer Lee, both Jen and Daniel established successful catering businesses in Sydney and Queensland. Avon Cosmetics Corporate Catering Services, Sydney, Private Dining Caterers and Events Services, Sydney, more recently The Bikini Tree, Magnetic Island and now Saltwater Restaurant Magnetic Island.
